visitors’ and our clients’ privacy rights. The following information is
meant to explain our official privacy policy and how, when, and why any
of your personal information is gathered, handled and kept secure. If

Our commitment to you
Any personal information that we obtain from you to initiate, maintain,
or support your relationship with OwenProCo, Inc. will be kept private
and secure. Furthermore, your information will never be shared, sold,
exchanged, or otherwise released to any third party for any reason with
the exception of our partner companies which help us provide our
services. The information provided to those partner companies is shared
only when necessary to initiate, maintain, or support your relationship
with us and only the information needed is shared.
Our partners and your information
Certain aspects of our business are handled by carefully selected and
screened partner companies that help us provide the high quality
products, services, and support that we offer. Our partners provide
domain registrations, credit card payment authorization and processing,
server and software maintenance, hosting services, and sales tracking.
How, what, and why your information is collected
Aggregate reports about every visitor to our site is generated that does
not contain any personally identifiable information. Those reports
enable us to count the number of visitors to our site, when they
visited, what pages they visited, and what other sites referred them to
us. That information helps us provide the best web site experience
possible to all of our visitors.
When you accept our free trial offer your basic personal information
is requested including your name, address, email address, and telephone
number to ensure that we can notify you when your free trial period is
about to expire. Your personal information is also necessary to
establish your ownership of your web site should you decide to keep your
site active beyond the free trial period.
If your site is to remain active beyond the free trial period then
your credit card information will need to be added to your account
information page before the trial period expires. Your payment and
transaction information is gathered on our partners’ secure server and
transmitted for payment processing. Information collected to process
transactions is maintained by a secure database for accounting and
billing purposes.
Finally, when you choose and register your own domain name you are
required by law to provide information which is listed in a publicly
available database known as the "WHOIS Database". Your domain
registration is handled by an ICANN accredited registrar that will
securely collect your required information to establish your ownership
of your domain and your credit card information for payment.

OwenProCo.com uses cookies to ensure that you are using a browser that
will work properly with our software and to track sales referred to us
by our affiliates. You must have cookie acceptance enabled on your
browser to properly use our DoItYourself Web Site Builder services.
External Links
Occasionally we will include links on our site to other third party web
sites for which we make every effort to ensure that their privacy
standards meet or exceed our own. However, once you leave our site we
are no longer responsible for any personal information that you share
with any third party site.
Our Mailing List
Anyone who takes advantage of our free web site trial, activates and
pays for a web site, or sends us any email automatically gets their
email address added to our mailing list. We DO NOT share, sell,
exchange, rent, or otherwise give access to our mailing list to ANY
other third parties other than those whose services enhance our own
services or to which you subscribe. However, we may send out occasional
emails to that list to highlight any new features in our services or to
promote other third party products or services that we feel would be of
value to the members of the list. Any emails sent to the list will
include an option for the recipients to be removed from our mailing list
so as not to receive any future mailings. Any email addresses that are
removed from the list are permanently deleted from our records except
for the owners of web sites that are active on our servers. We must be
able to remain in contact with those site owners to provide updates,
service notices, billing statements, etc. in order to properly maintain
your account with us.
Any future changes to this policy will be immediately posted on this
